RESPONSIBILITIES:
·Review and compare all polices across the business with aim of harmonising these where possible. This will include the following:- car polices, BUPA, sick pay, annual leave, maternity etc.
·Formulate and manage a project plan outlining recommendations for implementation, highlighting any challenges and how these will be overcome.
·Formulate a communication plan to roll out all changes to the business
·Liaise with HR team in Company and PLC which will include:- Heads of HR, Recruitment Manager, HR Business Partners and specialists within group.
·Assist with a review of the flexible benefits scheme.
·Work closely with the business to implement change and continuous improvement.
·Assist to develop, facilitate and project manage change initiatives which underpin the achievement of the business and HR strategy
·Contribute to HR strategy and service delivery, ensuring consistency across business.
·Implement HR policies and solutions to maximise benefits in the business.
·Participate in cross business area HR projects to build a common level of best practice in HR across the business.
·Help develop tools and processes to support manager and employee development.
·Assist on ad hoc projects such as flexible benefits, talent management, flexible working, and grading structure.

What we’re looking for:
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
·Strong generalist HR experience.
·Specific experience of harmonising terms and conditions.
·A successful track record of delivering significant change and integration.
·Proven track record of delivering customer-focused service and solutions.
·Extensive experience of UK employment law and practices.
·Strong relationship management skills.
·Strong communication skills both written and spoken.
·Ability to set and manage expectations.
·Self motivation with an ability to prioritise ones own workload.
·Full driving licence and flexibility to travel.
