My client, part of one of the world's largest Financial Institutions, has an interim requirement for a HR Business Partner to join them for a period of 4 months to support them through a period of huge organisational change.

As this is a unionised environment, it is important that candidates can offer experience of large-scale redundancy/business integration within these confines. This is a full cycle role which will involve supporting employees through the entire change process and assisting with the creation of a new structure. Consolidated redundancy/redeployment experience is essential. Financial Services experience would be helpful but not a pre-requisite. It is more important that candidates have worked in and understand the challenges of working within a large, complex organisation.
