Digby Morgan is currently assisting an International Corporate Organisation with the recruitment of an interim HR Business Partner for 2-3 months starting ASAP.

Providing generalist HR support to various European business groups, your role will be to develop strong working relationships with key stakeholders both within HR and the Business Groups. Your key responsibilities will include:
Supporting the business groups with recruitment activities, typically competency based interviewing, ability tests (administration and feedback) - this activity will be supported by our in-house recruiter
Provide HR policy / employment law advice to line managers
Support the People Strategy into the business
Training Needs Analysis at individual / departmental level - providing recommendations on and delivery of TNA, both hard and soft skills, focusing on cost effectiveness and quality of intervention
Employee relations (e.g. disciplinary / grievance)
Supporting the business with the implementation of performance management system
Advice on and support with compensation / T&C changes
Advising on reward strategies, e.g. design / development of bonus schemes, salary, T&C
Project participation / project & change management (design / development / implementation)
Involvement in (European) assessment centres
Provide necessary support on employee communication initiatives
Ensure employment law & company compliance
Support process / procedure improvement

Ideally you will be CIPD qualified with the necessary experience, gained from within an International Hi-tech / Technology organisation.
