My client is a well known brand name and subsidiary of Europe’s leading independent retailer who requires an experienced generalist HR consultant to start immediately and help with the implementation of new accreditation scheme.

Role Summary:

Reporting into the Transformation manager you will provide a HR consultancy service and help with the implementation of a brand new accreditation scheme which will have a positive effect on the workforce from advisors to managers. The role is split into three elements. Firstly, the role will focus around the consultation side of this new scheme by looking at the impact it will have on the team and secondly, it will be about building strong internal relationships to get everyone on board. The latter part of the piece will require the roll out of the new scheme through training and development.

Requirements:

The successful candidate will have a proven generalist HR background with an element of reward and recognition and learning and development.
Experience in project work is essential.
Proven ability in influencing and building strong working relationships.
Gained your experience working in a corporate setting or contact centre environment.
Be available to start this side of Christmas.
