HR Consultant required in Warwickshire to support a vast organisational change project.
You will:
* Work directly for the Human Resources Manager;
be responsible for workforce planning to support relocation and outsourcing of current functions, review and establishment of new teams to deliver new areas of work;
* Develop, coordinate and support consultation programmes for staff affected by changes, including redundancy, redeployment and career transition training;
* Provide regular reporting and control against project deliverables and on headcount targets;
* Work directly with managers and staff during the change process;
* Make sure services are provided to staff including redeployment, redundancy and relocation support;
You will :
Experience of supporting change programmes within Human Resources;
Experience of working on generalist HR issues, including recruitment, redundancy, redeployment;
Experience of workforce and recruitment planning;
Experience of recruitment;
Effective communications skills and the ability both verbally and written;
Effective team working skills;
