My client is seeking an experienced senior HR specialist to lead a small change programme in a specific department. You will have good reorganisation and restructure background in the public sector. It is a stand alone role but with support. You will need to have significant consultation/job evaluation and assessment experience in terms of selection as a result of change. With a project of this kind, you will be excellent with managing people, posses excellent communication skills and be results orientated.
