I am currently representing a major Berkshire NHS Trust and due to a current expansion there is a need for an interim HR Manager to begin with an immediate start for a period of up to 9 months.
The role itself will require a person who is able to hit the ground running and provide an analytical and practical approach to the HR remit. Day to day duties may include disciplinary & grievance, recruitment & selection, compensation & benefits, policy & procedure, agenda for change and an ability to effectively implement a strategic approach for the Trust.
