Currently going through an Organisational Development plan my Client is looking for an interim HR Manager to work with the Organisation through this is exciting period of change.
Within this position you will deliver and develop a first class HR Service in an Organisation that will thrive on the exciting challenges ahead. Key to this role will be the development of relationships with senior managers and employees to develop an approach that meets the needs of this ever changing Organisation.
This will initially be an interim role for a period of 12 -18 months and is an outstanding opportunity for a forward thinking, self motivated and confident HR professional.
You will be a member of the CIPD and have recent general HR experience with a larger Organisation. You should be an effective communicator with the energy and skills to drive a demanding HR agenda.
Strong experience in employee relations and case management is essential.
