Due to a number of changes to the business, my client is looking to recruit an interim HR manager for a period of 6 - 12 months.
You will be responsible for the development and implementation of the HR Plan in line with business plans and objectives, build close relationships with the management team and provide a full range of generalist HR services to the organisation. You will be responsible for recruitment and selection, ER, communications, performance management and interpretation of policies and procedures.
Of graduate calibre and CIPD Qualified you will have previous experience of providing a full HR service in a pro-active and customer focussed environment. You will have strong Employment Law knowledge and have experience of working in a best practice environment. This position will be to start immediately and will be for a period of 6 - 12 months.
