My client, a large blue chip organisation is recruiting a HR Manager for a 12 month fixed term contract.
Currently going through a period of change, you will be responsible for providing proactive HR support to employees and line managers. Acting as a business partner to a varied client group, you will be working closely to provide solutions and manage complex disciplinary and grievance cases.
Working with the Senior HR Manager you will be working with line managers to coach and change the mindset of the culture and provide innovative and exciting new ways of working.
As a professional HR generalist, you will come from an operational background with experience of working on change projects, dealing with redundancies and ER cases as well as Absence, talent and succession planning. You will also be involved with performance management and tailoring processes and procedures in line with employment legislation and business objectives.
The client group is varied and requires a knowledgeable person who can build relationships well and be credible.
Essential Criteria:-
· Demonstrate personal resilience and credibility
· HR generalist experience at Manager level
· Applied knowledge of employment law
· Demonstrate negotiation and influencing skills
· CIPD graduate level (or equivalent experience)
