Our client is an international technology provider who is a global leader in their field. They now have an excellent opportunity for an interim HR professional to join their team on an ongoing basis. Initially for a period of 3 months you may be required for a period of up to 9 months to support this business during a period of maternity leave.

You will be a strong and established HR Generalist who is highly skilled at an operational level with the ability to work in a standalone capacity whilst working closely with all business areas.

Managing a site headcount of 275 staff on site, you will have the ability to proactively respond to a wide variety of Employee Relations issues including ongoing sickness absence and disciplinary and grievances up to dismissal level. As a strong generalist you will also have experience of managing change in a fast paced ever-changing business which should include experience of business restructures and redundancy.

You will also be confident in the delivery of training workshops as well as the design of bespoke courses to support manager's development both on a one-to-one basis and also within a group environment.

You will be immediately available with flexibility to continue the role over the next 9 months.
