A leading organisation within the public sector, based in Warrington require an Interim HR Manager for a 2 month period to cover a broad range of casework often including complex case management within disciplinary, bullying and harassment, absence management, consultation and change management, capability, grievance along with providing generalist HR support and advice to managers. The post holder will need to be able to manage, prioritise and lead their own case load. To be considered suitable, the candidate must be fully CIPD qualified or equivalent, have a minimum of 2 years generalist HR experience and be able to demonstrate experience across the range of casework listed above to include case handling, upto hearing and dismissal level. Experience of working in a complex unionised environment would be beneficial along with being able to take a partnership approach to working with unions and line managers. This is a senior HR Team member position, therefore experience of supervising and guiding junior members of the team is likely to be necessary, although formal line management isn't expected to be included directly into this interim position at this time
