Interim HR officer, High Wycombe, £14 p/h

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Human Resources Officer to join an already existing HR function within an organisation in High Wycombe on an interim contract for 9months.

This is a great opportunity for a developing HR professional to further their core skills and exposure to the HR market. The role will be a generalist position and play a large part in managing employee relations cases.

The successful candidate will possess experience in the following areas:

- Managing and assisting in Employee relation cases,
- Maintaining Company policies and procedures,
- Recruitment and conducting interviews, with the assistance of employment agencies/consultants/advertising agencies.
- Organising the Company induction programme for all new starters and liaise with all departments accordingly.
- Carrying out exit interviews - Analysing training needs and co-ordinate and implement the annual Training Plan for relevant areas.
- To utilise the computerised personnel information system to provide management with relevant information.

In return my client are offering a competitive rate of up to £14 per hour. There is also free car parking on site.
