About the Role:

Organisation is undergoing Organisational Change and their goals for this year is to maximise there, next generation broadband and redefine the TV experience. This is going to be achieved by driving increased value through bundles, taking control of the customer experience, improving product reliability, getting things right first time, managing the change process and reducing costs through better processes and systems

Working closely with the British Airways, we are looking for a strong HR Project Manager who can look at the HR operations, and how Oracle effectiveness can be improved for them (people and process improvement, not the technology specifically), and see the project through.

HR environment it is about Process change, people moves, looking at the systems, and exploitation of Oracle to improve it.

This person will need to be a self starter as their is very little support in this area. You will need to be motivated and capable. Very flexible and prepared to potentially jump from one project to another (although this is not likely on a daily basis!) it does happen.

What we’re looking for:

·Project Management experience essential
·Prior Telecommunication, Media or Blue Chip organisation preferred
·Large organisation restructure, probably following a merger or an acquisition.
·Corporate transformations
·Initiatives to restructure
·Prince 2 not essential but helpful
