An opportunity has arisen for an Interim HR Officer to contribute to this established, service based organisation. Working within a friendly and supportive team in the heart of Liverpool, you will have an excellent opportunity to add real value and contribute to what is a fantastic culture. Reporting into the HR Manager, this is a fixed term contract up until 31st March 2008 with the potential to go permanent.
The candidate we are seeking will have great passion and enthusiasm for HR with a real willingness and flexibility to support both the HR team and the general workforce. You will be a true HR generalist who has the proven experience to guide and support managers with a variety of HR issues and ideally you will be used to dealing with various terms and conditions through the TUPE process. Applicants will be educated to degree level or equivalent, with CIPD qualification being desirable.
You will have key skills in the following areas:
*Absence management; advising and leading on investigations
*Disciplinary and grievance; advising and supporting management with queries and investigations
*Recruitment and selection; attending interviews and advising on processes
*TUPE transfer; advise on terms and conditions of contract
*Support the HR Manager with project work for new and existing policies
