Interim Recruitment Manager – based Leeds – To £32,000 per annum (£125 per day)
Our client is a market-leading FMCG business with an impressive track record globally. They are well-known and highly regarded throughout the UK, and offer an excellent working environment and opportunity for progression and further development. An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Recruitment Manager to join the business on an interim basis at their Head Office in Leeds.
They are currently seeking an experienced In-House Recruitment Manager to head up a new project to recruit 200 staff for a brand new division. The project is likely to take from 3 to 6 months. Your role will be to implement the company’s HR/recruitment policies and procedures and to recruit on a volume basis at all levels.
You will need to be an experienced In-House Recruiter or a HR Generalist with a recruitment bias. You will need to have worked in a fast paced environment with experience of recruiting high volumes of staff.
