My client is a leading engineering organisation with a global presence, seeking an interim learning and development manager to implement a management development scheme.
Ideally with experience of working in a similar environment, you will have the skill set to allow you to identify skills shortages and develop and implement a scheme to develop their 2nd line managers and above.
This role will run for approximately 6 months paying the equivalent of £30-38k (this will be paid on an agency timesheet basis, daily rate)
