Interim Training Manager, West Sussex

An excellent opportunity on an interim basis to drive learning and development forward through a period of transition. This large organisation, based in West Sussex employs approximately 3000 staff across 2 sites.

Managing and supporting a team of five, the main focus of the Training Manager's role will be communicating the training initiatives on offer and helping to manage the transition for a possible merger in the New Year. Working with senior managers you will also need to ensure that knowledge and skills are a fundamental part of the annual appraisal process.

As Training Manager you will oversee the in-house training programme, with a particular focus on customer care training and leadership development.

The ideal candidate will have excellent organisational skills, experience of managing a small team and have the desire and imagination to achieve and deliver good results.
