The Background:

Global in-house organisation is actively seeking an International Assignments Advisor to join their global mobility team. Working in industry the successful candidate will predominantly deal with assignees travelling in and out of EMEA.

The Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for the full assignment process from start to finish including:

Assignee briefing / debriefing

Advise assignees on relocation policies and issues

Maintain communication with assignees throughout the assignment life cycle

Implementing international assignment policy and procedure

Advising expatriates on compensation policy issues

Advise on immigration issues including: visas and work permits

The Person:

The successful candidate will ideally have previous experience within a similar: global mobility, international assignments or expatriate management role. Applicants will have a good knowledge of relocation issues and/or expatriate compensation methods. Applicants with additional language skills would be advantageous however this is not essential.
