HR Staff Search are currently seeking a Leadership and Management Development specialist to join our client in a permanent capacity.
A growing organisation, with a focus on process and business improvement, they have a need for someone to join them to help identify areas where Leadership and Management development would be beneficial.
They are looking for someone with a strong background in Leadership Learning and Development who is particularly strong in Training Needs Analysis, who can work across all areas of the business at both a strategic and individual TNA level. You will be using your strong diagnostic skills to develop a training strategy that will then be implemented using a blend of both internal and external sources.
To be successful in this role, you need to have a proven background in leadership development, exceptional TNA ability, and the ability to formulate strategy. You need to be able to display a naturally consultative approach. It is expected that you will also be able to develop a strong understanding of external resource availability, including both funded and non-funded offerings.
