Our client is one of the world's leading banking businesses with a ever growing presence in Europe is looking for a Leadership Development Consultant to join their Learning function. The key purpose of the role will be to:

* Lead the development of specific organisational design and effectiveness solutions to support the business.
* Support senior business leaders and HR generalists to deliver talent strategies and complex leadership solutions. Works with the business and L&LD client team to develop and implement solutions.
* Apply expertise in Leadership Development to identify opportunities, strategies and solutions that are directly linked to organisational and business goals.
* Establish and maintain partnerships with Learning & Leadership Development (L&LD) colleagues, Global HR, Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and vendors to identify and drive performance improvement.
* Provide high level consultative support to lead the design, development and implementation of leadership development services supporting multiple priorities and initiatives with significant impact on customer and financial results.
* Bring best practices to broader Learning team and provides coaching to less experienced Consultants and Analysts.
* Serve as liaison between EMEA, Asia, and US, ensuring integration with local, regional, and national business partners to drive successful execution of leadership development solutions.
* Represent Global/Regional needs on global processes and programs, and executes these within the EMEA Region

Responsibilities:

* Primary client coverage for your client group in EMEA.
* Develop and execute leadership training
* Provide executive coaching support and offer candid coaching and feedback

* Ownership of ongoing talent management routines, driving talent management
* Globalisation Training/Toolkit

* Facilitate selection of EMEA associates for core programs
* Partnership with learning to identify solutions
* Merger and acquisition talent assessment and cultural integration

Core Skills:

* Demonstrable skills in Leadership Development, Organisational Development, Organisation Effectiveness, Change Management or Learning and Development, gained through significant relevant years experience in the field.
* Requires deep subject matter expertise in LD solution development.
* Experience in management of large-scale organisational change initiatives.
* Experience with people / talent in transition related change initiatives.
* Strong business acumen, results-driven and metrics focused.
* Strong facilitation skills.
* Excellent Performance Consulting and Client Engagement skills.
* Ability to execute within a large, highly-matrixed environment.
* Extensive knowledge and experience with talent management systems and processes. Ability to offer objective assessment of talent.
