You will be responsible for managing an established and highly respected team and cultivating strong relationships with Training Partners across the firm. The ideal candidate should have a wealth of Learning and Development experience within a professional services environment, good leadership and people management skills and ideally be of graduate calibre, CIPD or part CIPD qualified is highly desirable.
