HR Staff Search is currently seeking a professional Learning and Development Manager to take control of our client's European training centres based in the Netherlands and in Germany.
The organisation are the major player in their field across Europe, they have achieved unprecedented growth year-on-year developing new territories – growth that will continue despite market conditions. To achieve this growth the development of individuals within and new to the business is key to their success.
You need to be multi-lingual (English with German or Dutch), you must come from an environment where you have been managing teams of sales trainers (ideally across Europe). Within the role you will take overall responsibility for the management of the training function, resource allocation, course development and improvement, growth of the function and development and retention of the trainers and coaches within it.
A challenging role, that is expected to grow with time, you will ultimately be measured on the success of the sales team and their development.
