Learning and Development Manager

A leading restaurant group are recruiting a Learning and Development Manager to join their team in London, paying up to £40,000.
The role will cover a broad operational and strategic remit , in the aim to support the business. Candidates will also support talent and succession planning initiatives and identify, source and co-ordinate management development initiatives. Candidates will also tailor learning programmes against customised training in order to enhance organisational effectiveness.
It will be necessary to co-ordinate, analyse and support the evaluation of all training in order to understand business needs and improve the training provided to staff. There will also be opportunities to get involved in adhoc projects including developing an e-learning system, development of a learning resource centre and implementing KPIs to measure effectiveness of management development programmes.
You will preferably have experience working in retail, hospitality and facilities management organisations, qualified to CIPD level or equivalent and must be able to demonstrate a broad base of experience of training and development including design, delivery and implementation. You will have managed a team, have the ability to identify issues and create workable solutions. You will be able to maintain and develop strong business relationships with executive staff, restaurant directors, Business Partners and the Head of HR. You will be forward thinking, positive and an excellent communicator.
