Learning and Development Partner-

North Of England (regionally based)

c.£35,000 + bonus (up to 10% of salary)

About the role

Your focus will be on providing Learning and Development expertise to the North of England region within an allocated geographic area. Collaborating with the HR Business Partner and Director of Region, your main responsibility will be to support the development of Lloydspharmacy’s people performance. This will be done by ensuring each of the company’s teams has the right mix of skills, knowledge and experience to deliver regional business goals.

About you

As well as an impressive track record of designing leading-edge learning initiatives, you will have a retail background and proven experience from a fast moving environment. CIPD qualified or equivalent, you will have plenty of influence at senior level and a sound commercial understanding. An effective team player who is adaptable and pragmatic in your approach, you will also need excellent interpersonal skills.
