Role duties include:
- Being a trusted client advisor.
- Advising clients on potential solutions.
- Building client relationships and being involved in tenders.
Suitable candidates will have experience of working with Financial Services clients on substantial projects. They will have worked in an advisory capacity within HR Transformation / Optimisation and have experience in more than 2 of the following areas.
- HR process design
- HR business case development
- HR operating model design
- HR shared service design
- Behavioural change management
