This is a great opportunity for an experienced HR professional to utilise their recruitment, training and employee relation’s skills in a fast paced, fun and exciting environment.

This is a field-based role covering North London and Kent, working closely with the regional and area managers.

You’ll be responsible for identifying recruitment needs, providing a consultancy service to the managers and advising on the most cost effective solutions and tools. You’ll also identify training and development needs for the business and ensure all store managers are fully trained and developed.

You’ll be an experienced HR professional based in the North London / Kent area with previous multi-site experience from within a retail or FMCG environment. You’ll have a flair for recruitment and development with excellent interpersonal, influencing and relationship building skills. Of graduate calibre (ideally CIPD qualified) you’ll also have experience in supporting managers on employee relation issues.
