Starbucks Coffee Company is the leading retailer, roaster and brand of speciality coffee in the world, with more than 12,000 retail locations worldwide and over 700 stores in the UK and Ireland.

We are currently looking to recruit an experienced and passionate regional HR manager to support our partners in North England and Midlands

The regional HR manager will work closely with their regional teams, the wider HR and operations teams to support the implementation of our employee relations, learning & development, resourcing and reward initiatives along with succession planning and performance management.

The ideal candidate will be uniquely talented in HR with strong values and a passion for people. Networking and relationships are key! Confident communicators and influencers will compliment this role and contribute well to our unique culture.

Candidates should have experience in a multi-site retail or similar environment, be CIPD qualified (part or fully), and have demonstrated success in a similar role.
