An exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic individual to further their HR career

As a result of a departmental restructure, this fast paced retail business is looking to recruit a Resourcing and Talent officer to join this new look team. You will report directly in to the Resourcing & Talent Manager, and you will play a crucial part in the delivery of numerous recruitment campaigns. You will be assigned a regional remit and an element of travel will therefore be involved. The successful candidate will have a strong track record of success within a multi site role, ideally within the retail, leisure or hospitality industries

The successful candidate will be inducted in to one of the most progressive HR functions of any UK employer; this is a huge opportunity with excellent scope for development.

Responsibilities include:

- Managing the resourcing process supporting operations teams to ensure headcount targets are delivered
- Designing and implementing regional and local recruitment programmes
- Interviewing candidates and evaluating interviewee performance
- Carrying out regional succession plans in conjunction with operations teams
- Completing departmental specific project work as required

We are looking for an individual with the following:

- Experience of working within a recruitment specific role sectors
- Ability to manage workloads ensuring tight deadlines are met
- An enthusiastic and pro active approach to work
- Confidence and the ability to manage tasks through to completions.

Salary available £24000 - 30000 + car allowance, bonus scheme, 25 days holiday & further benefits
