Our client is a global consulting firm who work with a large diversified client base across the world providing consultancy advice on Reward. Owing to growth, the need has arisen for an experienced Reward professional to join their existing team and work closely with a dedicated client portfolio to service the account. Candidates must have an expertise on international reward offerings and be comfortable in advising clients on appropriate solutions. Within this responsible role, candidates will be involved in leading client projects through from quote to delivery and implementation. You will have the ability to provide high project management capability ensuring work is produced on time and to budget.
