ROLE PURPOSE

The Senior HR Consultant will provide a pro-active, highly professional, confidential and efficient HR advisory and support service to all employees in line with current Employment Legislation and best practice within the UK.

To ensure the service and advice provided continually adds value and is evaluated ensuring it remains in line with the ongoing strategic development of the Group RCI UK business.

To continuously support and encourage the improvement of the Company’s people performance in their contribution towards the corporate objectives.

KEY TASKS/RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES

oProvide highly professional, confidential and efficient service of support to all employees, Managers and Directors in line with current UK employment legislation and best practice.
oDevelop and implement HR policies and initiatives to facilitate organisational development and capability, drive organisation change and foster a high performance, values based culture.
oEnsure the attraction, motivation, development and retention of high calibre people through effective and innovative HR solutions.
oAlign performance measures with business goals and develop and implement performance management systems, succession planning and career pathing opportunities.
oEnsure the provision of HR support is provided to all internal business partners to assist the business to achieve its goals.
oDevelop the professional capability of all leadership roles and potential successors in relation to their people / HR management and business skills.
oEnsure the business is compliant with all labour, equal employment opportunity and employee relations statutes and regulations.
oAssist the HR Manager and Director of HR in all HR initiatives and projects.

What we’re looking for:

·Solid generalist HR experience
·In depth experience of UK employment legislation
·Proven track record of influencing / driving organisation change
·Experience with implementation of L & D initiatives
·CIPD Qualification
