The Background

This growing organisation where Training is at the forefront are recruiting for one of the most interesting and exciting technical training roles in the UK. It is essential that you have experience gained within the retail sector in order to bring a high degree of commercial and business awareness.

The Role

Working as part of the training team, you’ll enjoy an autonomous role, developing a training strategy to support the technical elements of the business. You’ll design material for training plans, ensuring alignment with the overall business and commercial strategies. You’ll provide expertise in how to get the most out of advancements in modern digital technology; and you’ll develop an environment in which learning and development is a self-sustaining activity.

The Person

From a retail environment you’ll have a passion for technology and products with the ability to translate technical data into customer focused information. You’ll have previous experience of designing and developing a technical training strategy for a leading UK wide organisation. You’ll be self-starting and hands on, with the ability to influence and negotiate with external suppliers.
