As a Training Coordinator your responsibilities will include:
*Management of all course detail including maintaining the in house system responsible for managing all training solutions (Learning Management System)
*Management of training venues including identifying course requirements, sourcing appropriate venues and controlling budgets
*Event coordination of training courses including sourcing tutors, nominating participants and managing participant lists
*Monitoring the progress of the all local training events and providing support where necessary
*Liaison with the central Learning Admin team at the ESC to maintain courses in the Learning Management System and other associated activities such as production of course materials
*Ensure all 'internal' clients (Business Unit Leader, partners and staff), including new joiners are up to date on all training and development activities and feedback to central team as required
*Filtering necessary communications to the local business from the central team to advertise events, raise awareness of solutions offered by L&D, and to ensure compliance with mandatory training programmes
*Manage local tutor pool in terms of resourcing events with instructors, ensuring they have the appropriate skills and support to enable them to tutor effectively and recognise their contribution as appropriate
*Managing post course administration in terms of collating feedback, monitoring attendance and cancellation fees
*Action monthly management information as required to assist in local business unit budget management
*Connect with the wider training coordinator community on a regular basis to share best practice and support others where appropriate
