This blue chip retail company is currently recruiting for a Training Coordinator. Based in Leicester and sitting within a team of HR professionals this role is an excellent opportunity to develop and grow in the training arena within a well known company whilst receiving CITP study support.
Supporting the L & D department and reporting to the L & D Manager this role will require you to co-ordinate national training activities and on-line services including the companies' social networking site. It will also give you the chance to support the wider HR team as required and responsibilities include:-
-Acting as Community Manager for the product knowledge on-line training site and internal chat site.
- Checking the content of the on-line training site and liaising with the L & D Manager to ensure all training materials are accurate.
-Maintaining all training records and materials
-Maintaining all HR records and related documents in conjunction with the HR Coordinator
-Producing monthly reports as requested
