One of the worlds leading Construction and Services groups is seeking a Training & Development Advisor to join their London team.

The Training & Development Advisor will have responsibility for the design and delivery of national training programmes for the business unit.

The successful applicant will be required to work in close partnership with the Training & Development Manager to identify training issues in business areas that lie both within the Head Office function as well as the various sites that are managed by the business units. This is an exciting time to become part of this firm as they take career development for their staff very seriously. You will have the opportunity to identify these areas of improvement and work with staff members to develop the service provision for the firms customers.

The Training & Development Advisor role will suit an individual that has had exposure to developing a firm to Investor In People status as well as having a thorough understanding of central government schemes to develop the full gambit of staff skills. You will be an excellent communicator and have the desire to deal with a full range of individuals within the organisation.
