This well respected national organisation is looking for an experienced HR or L&D professional. This super opportunity is offered on an interim basis and is to provide and co-ordinate the services offered by the Courses, Consultancy & Conferences Department whilst they review the structure of the team.

Reporting directly to the Manager of the Department and closely with a small team of colleagues you will ensure first class delivery of the Training Programme and other activities and events. This role is responsible for the co-ordination and administration and of the training, loading bookings onto the database system, updating venues and course leaders with any changes to requirements whilst monitoring the progress and undertaking any development activity. This role is also responsible for monitoring the departmental sickness and absence therefore an HR background would be a great asset.

The ideal candidate will ideally be educated to degree level (or similar) and hold a recognised professional qualification in HR or Training & Development. Experience of working within a Training or Development or HR environment is essential and so is the knowledge of the processes and procedures for effective professional development.
