My Client requires a Training and Development Manager to lead their expanding team in Buckinghamshire. The main job purpose is to be responsible for developing and managing the necessary training of representatives and joint ventures, including office set-up, new service training, monitoring and follow-up activities.

The main duties include         

Designing and developing training and development programmes based on partner requirements and new service offerings      

Producing training materials for new partner set-up, new services offered and necessary ongoing training as identified     

Keeping within the international training budget and assessing return on investment    

Project managing a team to produce and deliver training programmes that are satisfactory to all relevant parties        

Monitoring and reviewing progress of deployed training through operational and sales performance and working with partners· Amending and revising programmes as necessary    

Keeping up to date with developments in training and industry requirements by reading relevant journals, attending meetings and relevant courses

Utilising all methods of training including IT and e-learning

Co operate with representatives, joint ventures and internal Marketing, Sales and Business Development in supporting and developing new business opportunities

Undertaking project management activities as directed

Undertaking any other activities as assigned by International Business Manager or Managing Director The successful candidate needs to be educated to degree standard or equivalent, some training experience and completed an IRCA 5 day lead auditor course.
