Our client are seeking an experienced L&D Manager to join an expanding team and help drive forward L&D within the firm. You will hold a strong academic record and a proven career history working within either an accountancy or law firm or from a bank.
Focussing on the design, development and delivery of L&D you will also manage relationships with suppliers and role will focus on developing skills in the areas of team building, management and leadership, soft skills and people management. An engaging and proactive individual you will be able to demonstrate strong team playing skills and the ability to influence at all levels.
Key to this role will be the development and retention of talent within the business and tied in to this will be the development of a coaching and career management. Able to quickly understand the needs of individuals as well as sourcing external experts where needed the role will also deliver soft skills training in the areas of time management, presentation, negotiating and influencing, team building and a broad range of other matters.
