Hays Human Resources are currently recruiting an Regional Training Executive for our client within the Energy sector. They are a highly desirable employer and offer an excellent team and working environment.
The role is to develop and deliver high quality sales training and accreditation modules to the directly employed field sales force. You will be a key member of of the central function to ensure consistency and quality of sales training while providing accurate records of raining and accreditation
The role
- Delivery of relevant and appropriate training solutions
- Development of training as a tool to enhance sales performance
- Ensure consistent successful completion of training courses, including assessment
- Training provision conduct training and accreditation sessions
- Accreditation formal accreditation and regular training audits
- TNA identify needs and work with team to delivery
- Training Solutions
- Training Administration
You will have the ability to work collaboratively and to organise a busy and varied workload. With excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong credibility with mangers, you will also have the ability to work on a consultancy basis with staff.
A flexible approach to meeting the learning and development needs of staff is imperative as is the ability to work as part of a team.
