Training Manager
Based near Great Yarmouth
Salary c. £25,000 per annum

This newly created role, working for highly regarded employer in the Great Yarmouth area, is to work within the existing HR team. The focus of the role is to identify, design and implement a training and development strategy for the company in conjunction with the overall business strategy.

You will work with the management team to produce training programmes including a Company Induction Training plan, along with identify specific training requirements and resolve any outstanding training issues.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with the ability adopt a consultative and participative style which encompasses the company values and motivates employees to make a positive contribution to the business through training and development. You should be fully conversant with the financial implications linked to the design, development and delivery of all training.
