Training Manager

My client has an exciting opportunity for a Training Manager to join them in a newly created role within a fast moving contact centre environment, in order to lead the direction of Training for 6 regional offices.

You will oversee the Training needs of circa 500 employees up to middle management level and manage a team of 6 regional trainers. This is a hands-on role, requiring the post holder to have previous experience of the full training cycle including analysis, design, delivery and evaluation.

You will analyse the training needs of the employee population in light of business strategy to completely review the customer journey and experience and develop a range of training interventions to help the business improve induction, management development and performance management processes leading to a reduction in attrition. You will help develop new behaviours in employees up to and including management level and source new, cost effective ways of improving existing training programmes.

The ideal candidate will have experience in a commercial environment with a proven track record of contributing to the bottom line. You must be a hands-on Training Manager with a proven track record of full life cycle training and experience of managing remote teams. The role covers regional sites with nation wide coverage. Travel would be anticipated once a week.
