Training Manager

A Training Manager is required for a newly established business operating in the B2B sector. You will be based at the head office in South Yorkshire, with excellent access to the motorway network, but you will also cover 6 regional offices throughout the UK.



Responsibilities to include:



· Negotiating and establishing relevant training procedures and Management Information processes.



· Co-coordinating and tracking the induction and training delivered to staff over the 6 regional offices



· Development of the Training Strategy



· Day to day management and guidance of up to 7 Training Consultants, regionally



· Working alongside the Senior Management team and liaising with all levels of the business to establish and maintain training alignment with business Objectives and processes



· Project managing the delivery of all bespoke training initiatives within the business



· Responsibility of the training budget (c £120k)



To be successful in this role you must have experience of managing a training team, a flexible approach to work and travel (UK based) and the ability to work in a demanding customer focused environment. You must have experience of working in a fast moving dynamic environment with the ability to cope with change. Experience of the Financial Services sector and or contact centre environments would be advantageous.
