TECHNICAL/PRODUCT TRAINING MANAGER - (£45-60k) BASINGSTOKE

This is a fantastic and rare opportunity for a Technical/Product Training Manager to join a Global organisation - the role is based primarily in Basingstoke, however travel will be required across the UK and Europe as appropriate to deliver technical refresher and induction training.

You will have a solid background in Technical and Product training, rather than generic Management/HR Development training. You will also have the ability to learn a complex process, business and product and be able to interpret this into language that makes sense to new starters - really being a true translator and gifted communicator.

You will be passionate about delivering world-class, best practice training across the technical, sales and commercial functions of a global business. As well as providing induction and refresher training, you will be providing all-round mentoring (whether in a classroom or 1:1 scenario) across the first 3 months of a new starter's tenure.

You will ideally have worked for a large Blue-chip organisation in a technical and product specific training role.
