Abu Dhabi based company is looking to employ a Training officer. This role reporting to the Head of HR is to start as soon as possible.
The role will be dealing heavily with the UAE Nationals within the company, concentrating on their development through the organization. You will be establishing competency gaps within certain groups and linking these needs to the business. You will be coming up with structured training plans, including the development and facilitation of training seminars.
You will need to have had previous experience running the needs analysis for training requirements, preferably for UAE Nationals. This person will suit an Arabic speaking National, however other applications will be considered as long as you have Middle eastern exposure.
