Training Officer required to coordinate and drive both Training and Health and Safety activities on site whilst meeting legislative and site requirements. Working closely with the Human Resources Manager you will have sole responsibility for training on site, ensuring that all staff are fully inducted and up to date with health and safety training.
You will be an experienced trainer having attained relevant CIPD qualifications. Working in a stand alone capacity you will be confident managing the training function across the site and will ideally have previous experience within the health and safety remit.
