A fantastic opportunity has arisen with our client, leading insurance company for a Training Specialist in central London. Working largely with a contact centre population you will be responsible for conducting training needs analysis, designing, delivering and evaluating training materials. Ranging from FSA regulations, to product to customer services and sales skills. You will also be responsible for corporate inductions and 1:1 coaching. Ideally you will have prior experience in the full training cycle having trained in a call centre environment and be confident training on FSA regulations.
