UK HR Director

In a continuous drive for further improvement it has embarked upon a number of business critical change programmes to address culture and business processes.
With responsibility for the UK client base, reporting to the EMEA VP for HR, you will work closely with business heads, manage the delivery of a number of projects, whilst also providing a professional HR Service through your team. You will also be involved in identifying further HR initiatives, which support the strategic direction of the organisation.
Your experience will have been gained in a large international, commercial business, with experience of developing and deploying an HR strategy whilst demonstrating an operational, hands-on approach
