My client is the number one business in their field and are continuing to lead the market through a vision of being the most trusted service company in the world.
They are currently looking for a new member within the HR team to lead the area change road map strategy through a number of planning and delivering initiatives designed to support area management and people change. Working across the business you will be coaching and influencing leaders and managers to deliver change effectively.
Key Accountabilities:
Creation and sharing of best practices regarding change challenges at a national level
Establishment of area change champions to support the change
Coaching activities with managers to gauge and improve area capability to deliver the changes effectively
Support area leadership team in defining and communicating the vision
Design and delivery of area and unit initiatives to build readiness and manage the change according to the roadmap
Delivering change activities associated with the deployment of specific projects
Staff Management and Budgetary responsibilities:
Be a member of key Area deployment group, meeting on a regular basis
Work across the Area, supporting unit managers
Work closely with and support the HR Business Partner
Actively participate in the change network and work closely with Change Deployment Leads in other Areas
Knowledge, skills and experience
Strong facilitation and coaching skills - credible and confident presence
Ability to influence diverse sets of stakeholders
Strong project management skills, especially planning and risk management
Highly organised
Able to communicate effectively at all levels
Able to actively engage people impacted by the change
Ability to quickly learn new procedures and adapt to differing circumstances
Willing and able to travel to Area locations
Ability to spot and proactively manage resistance to change
MS Project & Office products, Lotus Notes knowledge an advantage
