I am currently assisting a reputable pharmaceuticals client in Hertfordshire in their search for their next HR Manager. My client is a UK company with sites across Europe and America with approximately 500 employees.
The purpose of the role is to provide support in human resource issues to ensure implementation of both the business and HR strategy. You will plan, develop and implement strategy for HR management and development, which will include;
Recruitment and Selections policies and practices
Disciplinaries and Grievances
Counselling
Comp and Bens – Job Evaluation
Appraisals
L&D and Performance Management
