My client provides independent testing and support services to many groups and organisations. These include government agencies and departments, the National Health Service, local authorities, health professionals, national and international bodies, industry, and universities.
Job Purpose
* Support business partners/heads of workforce in carrying out casework relating to disciplinary, grievance, absence management, capability and other performance management and learning and development interventions and evaluations, in order to support the delivery of service level agreements within client divisions/centres.
* Provide customer focused, comprehensive and pragmatic people management advice and support to managers, employees and business partners in line with organisational policies, procedures and legal requirements.
* Manage workforce casework, ensuring the organisation complies with employment law and makes appropriate recommendations where there is found to be any conflict or doubt.
The ideal candidate will have NHS / Public sector experience working at an advisor level. A true generalist. Show strong examples of project management, and being able to work autonomously with drive and ambition. You will also have a good understanding of Agenda for Change. You will be CIPD qualified, with a willingness to learn and adapt to a changing environment. This role will require you to travel around the North of England, with you managing your own schedule.
This role allows you the flexibility to work from home, based either in Yorkshire or the West Midlands.
